When Delisa offered the possibility of volunteering for coaching sessions, I didn’t doubt it for a minute and jumped in – as the owner of a thriving online business, I wanted an expert to check on our business strategies, past experience and future business plans.
You may think that only starting business need coaching, but I have to disagree. Coaching is needed at any stage in the growth of a home-based artist business, because the conditions of such a business may make us lose perspective easily. Delisa has helped me not only to give a thorough revision to all our marketing strategies and business organization, but also for directions on what to look for in regards of expanding and developing our work in the nearest future.
I’m no stranger to marketing, and I can tell if a coach knows her business or not – and let me tell you, Delisa knows exactly what works and what does not, and is a constructive and positive coach, something that I find essential in her career; not all coaching professionals know how to direct people onto their best choices without being destructive or pushy. Delisa is none of those things; her suggestions are always interesting, accurate and up to date on the newest Internet trends. She does not try to fit your business into her vision; she learns about your vision and then looks for strategies or solutions that work for you, and not for anyone else. That, my friends, is true coaching.
I am immensely happy that I volunteered for this project. It has helped me set goals for my business in ways that I didn’t expect; thus, I can only praise and recommend her guidance and advice. I sincerely hope it is such a positive experience for you as it has been for me.
